    Correlation is not proof of causation. The studies he's referring to show a correlation between blood pressure and hand strength. Studies that have been specifically designed to prove causality have shown that sitting for 15 mins a day are just as effective for reducing blood pressure as isometric grip strengthening.     Exercise can be such great fun if you can find the ‘right’ activity for you. I used to regularly go windsurfing and paddle boarding in the sea with friends. Became pretty fit and developed a very strong back. I loved my time with the natural elements, sea, sun, wind, fresh air etc. I found an activity I really loved and the benefits of exercise came as a bonus.

    Fiber, 369 omegas from flaxseed (I stay away from fish oils), a rainbow diet, gut health, exercise and movement, sleep and heart health. I make an anti inflammatory dip for every day (keep it in freezer in small portions): turmeric black pepper garlic any type of bean and lentils, lemon and bit of olive oil. Purée. You can add coriander 🌿 too.

    The reason why some Omega 3 clinical trials for supplementation don't show benefits is simple: Omega 6 intake wasn't simultaneously decreased. How much more evidence do Westerners need that consumption of seed oils is fucking up their health. Omega 6 and 3 compete for the same desaturation enzymes. If you're eating ratios of 20:1 (the West's average), there aren't enough fish oil capsules on the planet to get you out of that hole. Also: once a "medical professional" starts advocating for a shift to a "healthier primarily plant based diet" - You know that they're no longer following the science. They're following an agenda.
